摘要
研究不同浓度铅胁迫下乌麦及普通小麦过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化趋势。结果表明:①铅胁迫对乌麦及普通小麦幼苗的POD具有激活效应,且随着铅浓度的增加激活效应逐渐增强;对CAT存在胁迫初期的激活效应,随着胁迫时间的延长,转而表现为抑制效应,且随着铅浓度的增加抑制效应逐渐增强;对SOD存在胁迫初期低浓度下的激活效应,随着铅浓度的增加及胁迫时间的延长,转而表现为抑制效应,且随着铅浓度的增加抑制效应逐渐增强。②三种抗氧化酶均可被激活以抵抗铅胁迫,但过氧化物酶起关键作用。③与普通小麦相比,乌麦抗氧化酶活性变化更为显著,其抵抗铅胁迫的能力更强。
Effects of activity of peroxidase, catalase and superoxide dismutase in black wheat and common wheat under lead stress had been studied. The results showed: Pb^(2+) stimulated the POD activity and the activity effect increased gradually with the increase of the Pb^(2+)concentration. Pb^(2+) stimulated the SOD and CAT activity at the initial stage of stress reaction and lower concentrations, but with the extend of stress and increase of the Pb^(2+) concentration, the activaty effect turned to restrained effect and the restrained effect increased gradually .POD played an important role in the three antioxidant enzymes.Black wheat was more sensitive to lead stress than wheat,which indicated that black wheat was superior to common wheat in resisting the lead stress.
