摘要 采用Hoagland溶液实验,就不同浓度的铬、铅离子;铬+铅离子对黄瓜幼苗生长和过氧化物酶活性的影响进行研究.结果表明随着重金属离子处理浓度的增加,黄瓜幼苗生长逐渐受到抑制,根系发生膜脂过氧化作用,丙二醛含量增加,抗氧化物酶活性升高;在重金属离子浓度低时酶的活性相对平缓,浓度高时变化较快. This paper employed the Hoagland solution experiment, and investigated the effect of different concentration of Cr^6+ ,Pb^2+ and Cr^6+ + Pb^2+ on cucumber seedlings and peroxidase activity. The result indicates that with the rising concentration of the heavy metal ions, the growth of cucumber seedlings was gradually being inhibited. Moreover, the membrane lipid in roots undergo peroxidation action, enhancing the content of malonaldehyde and the activity of antioxidant enzyme, the latter keeps at a relatively gentle level when the concentration of heavy metal ions is low, while changes sharply in high concentration.
