摘要
选取广东省几种主要的叶菜,在水培条件下研究不同浓度六价铬(Cr(Ⅵ))对蔬菜生长及其在蔬菜体内积累的影响。结果表明:Cr(Ⅵ)对蔬菜生长、产量及其在蔬菜体内积累都有明显的影响,随着培养液中Cr(Ⅵ)浓度的增加,各蔬菜产量显著或极显著下降,而其体内Cr含量极显著上升;蔬菜种类不同,其减产幅度及其体内的Cr累积量存在极大差异。当培养液中Cr(Ⅵ)浓度在0.2、1.0、5.0 mg.kg-1时,所选5种蔬菜减产幅度为16.6%~97.3%,其对Cr(Ⅵ)的敏感程度排序为:叶用莴苣>芥菜>菜薹>苋菜>蕹菜。此外,5种蔬菜体内Cr含量高出对照0.242~1428倍,不同蔬菜类型可食用部位积累Cr的顺序为:苋菜>蕹菜>菜薹、芥菜>叶用莴苣。
Five leafy vegetable cultivars were grown in solution culture with added chromium(Ⅵ) to evaluate the effects of chromium(Ⅵ) on the growth of vegetables and chromium uptake: leaf lettuce,leaf mustard,flowering Chinese cabbage,edible amaranth,and water spinach.The results showed that high dose chromium(Ⅵ) inhibited the vegetable growth and the yields of plants grown on the nutrient solution containing 0.2,1.0,5.0 mg·kg^(-1) chromium(Ⅵ) decreased by 1.6%~(97.3%).The sensitivity to adverse effect of chromium(Ⅵ) was in the following order: leaf lettuce > leaf mustard > flowering Chinese cabbage > edible amaranth > water spinach.Chromium content in edible parts of five vegetables grown on the nutrient solution with added chromium(Ⅵ) at ≥0.5 mg·kg^(-1) dose were found to exceed the national vegetable sanitation standard(Cr≤0.50 mg·kg^(-1)).
