摘要
以20kHzIGBT逆变焊机的高频变压器设计为例,变压器的磁心分别用铁氧体和非晶材料制成,对其性能进行了测试和对比分析,并论述了由于磁心材料及形状不同和绕组的排布不同,引起变压器漏抗变化,造成变压器输出波形差异很大,势必对逆变焊接电源工作状态造成不利的影响。对此提出了变压器设计时应注意的问题及抑制漏抗影响的措施。
The core of transformer of IGBT inverter welding machine(20 kHz) is made by non,crystalline and ferrite-oxygen respectively.This article introduces the results for their measurement and contrast,describes that the leakage inductance of transformer varies due to the different core materials or shape or different array of windings,which is harmful to inverter power source.It points out the problem that should be paid attention to in designing transformer and the measure to reduce leakage inductance.
