摘要
通过反激变换器的拓扑结构图与等效模型得到高频变压器漏感变化对开关管耐压的影响,并以平面卧式变压器为例建立一维模型,且进行了高频变压器漏感定量计算和研究,阐述了高频变压器漏感的危害。从高频变压器的一维模型出发,通过建立匝间距离ha、透入深度δ、线圈窗口在X轴上的宽度w等因素的数学表达式,利用关系曲线确定出影响高频变压器漏感大小主要因素。经过实验与研究分析,提出了增大绕组宽度、增大绕组高宽比、增加绕组之间的耦合程度新的减少高频变压器漏感的方法,实现了减少高频变压器漏感的目的,并以实验验证了该方法的可行性。
By the flyback converter topology's constructure and the equivalent model, the effect of high-frequency transformer leakage on the pressure was obtained, and one-dimensional model based on the example of horizontal planar transformer was established. The high-frequency transformer's leakage was quantitatively calculated and researched, and the dangers of high-frequency transformer leakage inductance were explained. Based on a one-dimensional model of high frequency transformers, the mathematical expressions of the factors like distance between the circle ha, penetration depth 6, coil in the window on the X axis width w and the other were built, and the relation curve was used to determine the main factors that influenced the size of transformer leakage. Through experiments and research analysis, a new method was proposed to increase the winding width, the aspect ratio of the winding, and the coupling between windings to reduce the level of the high-frequency transformer's leakage inductance, and achieved the purpose to reduce the leakage inductance of a high frequency transformer. The experiment verifies the feasibility of the method.
