摘要
逆变电源容量的提高常采用多管并联或负载侧高频变压器并联的方式来实现,而负载采用电感电容串并联(LLC负载)形式的多个电压型谐振逆变器的并联,可以有效提高电源输出功率。针对LLC负载多个电压型谐振逆变器并联电路,对其进行稳态阻抗分析,通过仿真分析给出最大输出功率时的最佳匹配电感比与并联逆变器个数比例(β/N比),并通过实验进行了验证。结果表明,所提方法对提高和调节电源容量、简化功率调节过程,提供有效的设计参考价值。
Currently power capacity of the inverter is usually enhanced by multi-parts of electrical device parallel connection or high frequency transformer parallel connection in the load-side. Parallel connection of voltage-fed resonant inverter with inductor and capacitor series and parallel connection load ( LLC load) can effectively improve the output power. Based on the multiple voltage-fed resonant inverters parallel circuit with LLC load, the system steady impedance is analyzed in this paper. The optimal proportion of matched inductance ratio and number of parallel inverters ( β/ N ratio) in the maximum output power is presented via the simulation analysis of the system steady impedance. The experimental results and the data analysis certify that the proposed approach could provide effective design reference value for enhancing, regulating the inverter power, and simplifying the process of power regulation.
