摘要
高校教师专业化的目的是提高高校教师队伍的整体水平,以适应高等教育改革与发展的需要。观念问题是制约高校教师专业化的核心问题。因此,对高校教师专业化的一些基本认识问题进行深入探讨,有助于从理论层面上澄清高校教师专业化进程中的某些困惑,促进其快速、健康发展。
The teacher's specialization in colleges and universities can improve the teachers' whole levels, adapting to the demands of the higher education's reform and development. The concept problem is the key problem which refrains the teacher's specialization in colleges and universities. By virtue of the deep discussion on a few basic problems of the teacher's specialization in colleges and universities, this article is aiming at clarifying some puzzled problems in theory in the course of the teacher's specialization in colleges and universities, and at propelling its development speedily and healthily.
