摘要
从高校教师专业化概念的内涵谈起,结合当前高校教师专业化存在的主要问题,主张通过强化高校教师专业化发展的责任意识、制订大学教师的职业标准、培养大学教师的自主学习能力、提高高校教师培训的效度和效益,以及培训机构、相关制度的建立和完善等途径,促进高等学校教师的专业化发展,提升高等学校的竞争力。
This paper begins with a discussion about specialization of university and college teachers.Based on the current problems existing in teacher's specialization,this paper holds that in order to develop competitiveness of universities and colleges,it is important to promote teacher's specialization in various ways including enhancing teacher' responsibility awareness of specialization,formulating teacher's professional criterion,cultivating teacher's autonomous study ability,promoting training efficiency,and improving relevant control system for training institutions.
