New Method for Extracting Phytic Acid from Rapeseed Meal

摘要 本文研究了沉淀剂法直接从菜籽饼粕中提取植酸。结果表明 :碳酸钠、磷酸钠和草酸盐等三种沉淀剂中 ,以草酸盐溶液提取植酸的效果最好 ;当以草酸盐为提取剂时 ,提取最佳工艺条件为草酸盐浓度为 0 .0 5mol/L、pH为 6 .5~ 7.5、料液比为 1∶8~ 1∶10、温度为 30℃、浸提时间为 3h。 Phytic acid was extracted directly from rapeseed meal by means of deposit solvent. Different treatments to rapeseed meal were conducted and compared. The result showed that among three kinds of deposit solvents—sodium carbonnatesoda, soluble phosphate and oxalate, oxalate was determined as the optimum deposit solvent for phytic acid with the highest rate of extraction.When oxalate was used as deposit solvent, the optimum technology parameters were as follows:oxalate concentration 0.05 mol/L,pH 6.5~7.5,temperatures 30℃,duration of extraction 3 hr,and the ration between deposit solvent and rapeseed meal 9 or so.
