菜籽饼粕淋洗脱毒工艺探讨 被引量:3

摘要 采用正交实验,确定了硫酸甲醇体系脱毒菜籽饼粕的最佳工艺参数为:以硫酸:甲醇:水=4:90:6(体积比)的混合液为脱毒体系,与菜籽饼粕的混合比为6:1(mL/g),室温下浸提30min。在此基础上,以静置淋洗脱毒方式对其在工业上的推广应用进行探讨。实验证明,以该脱毒方式脱毒,不仅节约了仪器和能源成本,还减少了后续工艺中中和饼粕的碱液用量。脱毒后饼粕中植酸去除率为91.2%,单宁去除率为83.1%,硫甙去除率为84.7%,异硫氢酸酯去除率为93.1%,噁唑烷硫酮去除率为95.4%,符合饲料级要求。脱毒后饼粕的各项营养成分含量均得到提高,可以代替豆饼或鱼粉用于配合饲料。 The optimum parameter of shower detoxification of rapeseed meal were confirmed as follows:sulphuric acid and methyl alcohol solution as detoxification, H2SO4 volume content 4%, methyl alcohol volume content 90%, water volume content 6% ,the ratio of extracting solvent(mL) and rapeseed meal (g) was 6:1, room temperature and duration of extraction 30min. The results indicated this kind of detoxification had advantages as follows: apparatus and energy sources cost were thrifty, and it also reduced alkali expenditure. After meal was detoxified, the extraction rate of phytic acid, tannin, glucosinate, ITC and OTC were 91.2%, 83.1%, 84.7%, 93.1%, 95.4% respectively which attain feed level guideline entirely. The nourishment ingredient of rapeseed meal after being detoxified increase all, so it may replace bean cake or fish meal as copulate feed.
