摘要
本文根据开放式问卷调查的结果 ,对山区农村中小学的教师素质状况 ,他们需要什么样的山村教师 ,怎样提高在职山村教师的素质 ,以及如何加强和改进教育学科的教学 。
The paper gives a full exposition on the quality situation of the primary and middle school teachers in the mountainous rural area, what kinds of teachers needed there, how to upgrade the quality of the in-service teachers in the mountainous rural area, how to strengthen and improve the teaching of educational subjects and how to cultivate qualified teachers for the mountainous rural area according to the result of the open questionaire, which gives a reference to the education reform for the mountainous rural area in the west of chian.
