摘要
分别测定了SP -48菌株生长和发酵的最适温度、pH值 ,同时研究了温度、接种量、pH值对生长曲线和发酵曲线的影响。得出的结论为 :SP -48的最适生长温度为 3 6℃、最适生长pH为 4 5,最适发酵温度为3 0℃、最适发酵pH为 4 5;温度和接种量对生长和发酵影响较大 ,而pH影响较小。
In this study SP-48's optimum temperature of growth and ferment and pH were determined respecively.The influence of growth curve and ferment curve by temperature,inoculation and pH was studied.The result showed that:optimum growth temperature is 36℃?optimum growth pH is 4.5?optimum ferment temperature is 30℃?optimum ferment pH is 4.5;Influence of growth and ferment by temperature and inoculation was significant.
