摘要
教育信念是人们对教育理想、教育观念、教育理论及基本教育主张的确认和坚信。它是教师生活中的精神向导 ,直接影响教师的行为和发展方向。在教师教育中 ,我们应从行为反思和校本培训两方面培养和完善教师的教育信念。
Teacher's belief is people's confirming and believing on educating ideal,educating view,educating theory and the basic educating stand.It is the teacher's spiritual guide in daily life,and it influences teacher's acting and direction of developing directly.During the training of the teachers,we shall develop and perfect teachers' belief from the aspect of action reflection and school-based cultivating.
