摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定百合固金汤中芍药甙与甘草酸的含量。以Shimpack ODS柱为分析柱,柱温35℃,流动相分別为甲醇—水(28:72)和甲醇-水(73:27)。以冰醋酸调pH至3.0和3.6,检测波长为232nm和254nm。在此色谱条件下,芍药甙与甘草酸均得到较好的分离;百合固金汤中其它组分对测定无干扰。方法重现性好,日内变异与日间变异均在1.5%以内。
Reversed-phase high-efficiency liquid chromatographer was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin and glyeyrrhizin in Baihegujin Decoction on Shim pack ODS column at 35℃, using a mobile phases consisting of methanol:water (28:72), and (73:27), respectively. The pH value of mobile phases were regulated to 3.0-3.6 by glacial acetic acid. Detection wavelength was at 232 nm and 254 nm, Following the above conditions, paeoniflorin and glycyrrhizin were isolated well and other compositions in Baihegujin Decoction didn't interfere in analysis process. This method also appeared good reproducibility. The varia -tions in a day and between days were all less than 1.5%.
