摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定木香顺气丸中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；甲醇．0．2％磷酸水溶液（21：79）为流动相；检测波长为283nm。结果线性关系为Y=22602000X-2459．1，相关系数r=0．9997，线性范围在0．208-2．08μg，平均回收率101．8％（n-6），RSD=1．6％。结论本法操作简便准确，可作为木香顺气丸中橙皮苷含量的质量控制方法。
Aim To establish an HPLC determination method of hesperidin in muxiangshunqi pill. Methods The analytical column was C18 The mobile phase was Methanol： 0.2% -phosphoric acid （ 21：79） at the detection wavelength of 283 nm. Result Linearity range was 0. 208 -2.08 μg（ r = 0. 9997） , Y = 22602000X - 2459.1 ;The average recovery was 101.8% （ n = 6） woth RSD = 1.6%. Conclusion The method can be used in the quality control of sizhixiangfu pill.
