摘要
研究了高岭土对锂辉石质耐热瓷烧成制度与性能的影响以及热膨胀系数变化的机理。结果表明 :加入 3 0 %~ 40 %的高岭土可有效地改善料浆的性能 ,拓宽材料的烧成温度范围 ,在保持材料具有一定抗热震性的基础上 。
The effect of Kaolin on sintering process of spodumene matrix thermal resistant ceramics and on the properties of the sintered bodies was studied in the paper. The results showed that it greatly improve steaditness of slip, widen the sintering temperature field of the material and improve the bending strength of the material which based on the material having certain thermal shock resistance that kaolin is added. And the anthors inquired into the best kaolin added and the appropriate conditions of sintering and investigated the mechanism of thermal expansion.
