锂辉石质耐热紫砂陶研究 被引量:10

摘要 以江西高安紫砂土为主要原料,探索锂辉石—紫砂(Li2O-FeOx-Al2O3-SiO2)系列的耐热性能。采用普通陶器工艺制样烧成,分别测试了该材料的吸水率、烧成收缩率、抗折强度和热膨胀系数,并通过SEM、XRD等现代测试分析手段进行表征和探讨,重点研究了锂辉石含量对紫砂陶试样的力学和热学性能的影响。研究结果表明,该材料的最佳烧成温度为1150℃;随着锂辉石含量的增加,烧结材料中以β-锂辉石为主晶相的含量增加,抗折强度最高可达79.5MPa,热膨胀系数降至α25~300=2.06×10-6/℃。 In this study,zisha of Gaoan,Jiangxi province,are the main raw materials,and the heating resistance of spodumene-zisha series that belong to Li 2O-FeOx-Al2O3-SiO2 has been explored in the experiment.The zisha pottery samples that has the property of good thermal shock resistance are prepared by ordinary ceramic processing principle,tested respectively the water absorption,shrinkage,flexural strength,thermal expansion coefficient,explored and characterized through the modern test analysis tools such as SEM,XRD.The effect of the content of spodumene on the mechanical performance and thermal performance of the zisha pot materials are the focus point in this article.The results indicate that the best firing temperature for the zisha pot is 1150 ℃.With the content of the spodumene increase,the mail crystalline phase β-spodumene in the sinteried materials also increase,the flexural strength increases to 79.5MPa,the thermal expansion coefficient decrease to α 25~300=2.06×10-6/℃.
