摘要
业务外包是人力资源管理在20世纪90年代出现的一种新的发展趋势,可以有效节约成本,提高管理效率,增强企业的核心竞争力。实施人力资源管理活动外包首先要进行资源的价值判断,并处理好更新管理理念、管理流程重组、增强自身特色和跨文化管理等问题。
Outsourcing appeared as a new trend of human resource management in 1990s. It can affectively reduce the enterprise cost, raise the management efficiency, and enhance the core competitiveness. Renewing the management idea, redesigning the management process, distinguishing the feature and cross-cultural management should been emphasized in carrying out human resource management.
