摘要
在当代 ,随着科学技术的发展与企业管理的创新 ,在国内外迅速形成了关于人力资源管理 (HRM)职能外包的理论研究与具体实施的热潮。其中 ,企业培训作为HRM的重要职能之一 ,具有为企业保持和提升竞争优势而创造源泉的巨大潜力 ,本文首先分析了外包的含义 ,接着分析了HRM职能外包的可能性及企业培训职能外包的可行性 。
Nowadays,with the development of science and technology and the management innovation,an upsurge on research of human resource management(HRM)outsourcing emerged.Being one of the important role of HRM,training has great potentialities to keep and enhance the competitive advantages of enterprises.The paper presents the definition of outsourcing.Then it analyzes the possibility of HRM outsourcing and the feasibility of training outsourcing of enterprises.Finally it points out concrete suggestion on training outsourcing of enterprises.
