摘要
目的 了解家庭环境和行为因素对医学生学习成绩的影响 ,找出对医学学生学习不利的一些行为因素 ,为进一步进行健康教育提供可靠的依据。方法 采用整群抽样的方法对锦州医学院一、二、三年级 1 0 3 2名大学生进行了问卷调查。结果 来自于农村的学生学习成绩高于城市、县城和郊区的学生 ;父母的文化程度是小学的学生学习成绩最高 ,父母的文化程度是大专及以上的学生学习成绩并不高 ;有吸烟、饮酒、谈恋爱、经常上网及打工行为因素的学生 ,学习成绩低于没有这些行为因素的学生的学习成绩 ;每天吃早餐的学生学习成绩高于偶尔吃或不吃早餐的学生。结论 家庭环境因素并不是影响学生学习成绩的主要因素 ,不良的行为因素对学生的学习成绩有影响。
Objective To study the influence of family environment and behavior factors on the study result of medical students. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1032 sophomores, juniors, and seniors of Jinzhou Medical College, aged 20.86±1.19, 483 males and 549 females, by random cluster sampling. Results The female medical students achieved an average score of 78.14±8.12, significantly higher than that of the male students (74.35±10.04, P<0.001).The students from rural areas made an average score of 77.75±8.91, significantly higher than that of the students from urban areas. The students of parents with primary or junior middle school education even lower got better results in study than the students of parents with senior middle school or university education. The students who regularly took exercise, who had breakfast everyday, who did not smoke, and who did not drink made a better school performance than those who not regularly took exercise, who did not have breakfast everyday, who smoked, and who drank (all P<0.001).Conclusion Family environment is not the major influencing factor of study performance of medical students, however, health behaviors are.
