摘要
基于光热辐射技术中的二层样品的理论,对金属表面涂层的质量和厚度进行了非接触测量,为工业生产中材料涂层的无损检测提供了一种新的方法。
Based on the theory of 2-layer sample of photothermal radiometry technique.noncontact measurements of quality and thickness of coatings have been performed. The results showthat this technique is a novel method for the measurements of coatings.
