摘要 目的 评价大学生艾滋病知识问卷的难度和区分度 ,以便提出对不同问题的处理意见。方法 难度指数、区分度指数是按难度、区分度的计算方法 ,对大学生艾滋病知识问卷进行难度、区分度分析与评价。结果 艾滋病三大传播途径 (血液、性、母婴 )的题目难度偏小 (P =0 .91 ) ,区分度不好 (D =0 .1 5) ;男女之间传播概率难度偏大 (P =0 .1 7) ,区分度不好 (D =0 .1 7) ;非传播途径、安全性行为、病程等方面的题目难度适宜 (平均P =0 .57) ,区分度好或尚可 (平均D =0 .51 )。结论 总体而言 ,大学生艾滋病知识问卷的难度、区分度较好 。 Objective To evaluate the difficulty and discrimination of knowledge items in AIDS questionnaire, and to provide measures to different problems. Methods The methods of calculating the power index and the discrimination index were used to assess AIDS knowledge questionnaire.Results The items on 3 main transmission of AIDS/HIV(blood/blood products, sex and mother to child transmission)were too easy( P =0.91)and had poorly discrimination( D =0.15).The item on the transmission probability between male and female was too difficult( P =0.17)and had poor discrimination( D =0.17).Items on not transmission, safe sexual behaviors and the course of AIDS had moderate difficulty(average P =0.57)and good discrimination(average D =0.51).Conclusion AIDS knowledge questionnaire had moderate difficulty and good discrimination. The items on 3 main transmission of AIDS/HIV and the transmission probability between male and female could not be used as index to evaluate the effect of education on AIDS prevention.
