摘要
目的了解低年级护理专业本科生艾滋病(AIDS)相关知识的掌握情况及其对AIDS患者、感染者的态度,为进一步采取针对性的教育措施提供参考。方法自行设计问卷,采用整群抽样法,对某医学院护理系大一、大二共836名学生进行不记名问卷调查。结果护理学专业本科生对AIDS经血液和性行为传播的知晓率分别为99.4%,97.7%,但对怀孕、分娩和哺乳期间母婴传播的知晓率均低于90%;对于AIDS非传播途径,如"蚊虫叮咬"知晓率仅为24.5%。94.3%的人认为AIDS患者或感染者值得同情和帮助,但仅有77.4%愿意对其进行治疗和护理工作,50%左右愿意与其有一些日常接触。结论低年级护理学专业本科生AIDS相关知识和态度的现状不容乐观。需进一步开展全面、系统、深入的AIDS专业教育,并辅以心理学和职业道德教育,提高学生的心理素质和社会责任感,改善对艾滋病人的态度。
Objective To investigate the knowledge and attitudes of HIV/AIDS among the lower grade nursing college students, and analyze their attitude toward HIV/AIDS patients, so as to provide a basis for the future professional education measures. Methods Eight hundred and thirtysix nursing students in the grade 1 and 2 were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire. Resets The awareness rate of blood and sex transmission were 99.4% and 97.7 % respectively, while the awareness rate of mother to child transmission in gestation, childbearing and suekling were lower than 90% ;and the awareness rate of non-transmission route such as mosquito biting was only 24.5%. Most of the investigated nursing students considered that the AIDS patients or the infected were worthy of being eompassionated and helped, nevertheless, only 77.4% students were like to engage into AIDS treating or nursing work in the future, about 50% were willing to have some daily contacts with them. Conclusion The status of AIDS knowledge and attitudes among lower grade nursing college students is not optimistie. It is very important to carry out the overall ,systematic and penetrating AIDS health education for them, then along with psychology and professional ethics education, to improve their psyeh-diathesis and social responsibility, thereby improve their attitudes towards patients with AIDS.
