摘要
通过对催化裂化再生设备应力腐蚀开裂问题的分析,研究了容器用钢在硝酸盐溶液中应力腐蚀的 规律及特征,建立了NOx露点腐蚀热力学分析模型,明确了含有CO和CO2的NOx-SOx-H2O体系的露点温度决 定因素,为开发和使用转硫、脱氮、助燃三效催化剂解决再生设备开裂问题提供理论依据。
The law of stress corrosion of steel for vessels in nitric acid is studied through the analysis of stress corrosion cracking of regenerator equipment of a FCCU. The thermal dynamic model is established for the NO, dew point corrosion and the decisive factor of dew point temperature of NOx-SOx-H2O system containing CO and CO2 is made clear, which provides a theoretical basis for the development and application of tri-functional catalyst of sulfur transfer, denitrification and combustion promotion to solve the problem of equipment cracking of FCC regenerator.
