高分子非催化还原(PNCR)烟气脱硝技术的应用研究

摘要 主要从高分子非催化还原(PNCR)烟气脱硝技术的机理出发,研究了各影响因素对PNCR脱硝效率的影响。研究表明,高分子脱硝剂具有较好的温度可调控性以及非催化还原性能。当锅炉炉膛温度在850~1 100℃时,脱硝效率随着脱硝温度的升高先增大后减小,在950℃时达到最高;随着O_(2)浓度的增大,脱硝效率降低;以225 t/d焚烧炉为例,脱硝效率随着脱硝剂耗量的增加而增大,但当脱硝剂耗量超过20 kg/h时,脱硝效率增加幅度变小。可为高分子非催化还原(PNCR)烟气脱硝技术提供一定的理论和技术支撑。 According to the mechanism of polymer non-catalytic reduction(PNCR) flue gas denitrification technology,the influence of various influencing factors on the PNCR denitrification efficiency is studied.The research shows that the polymer denitrification agents have good temperature controllability and non-catalytic reduction performance.When the furnace temperature of the boiler is in the range of 850~1 100 ℃,the denitrification efficiency firstly increases and then decreases with the rising temperature,and reaches its maximum at 950 ℃;As the O2 concentration increases,the denitrification efficiency decreases;Taking a 225 t/d incinerator as an example,the denitrification efficiency increases with the increase of denitri-fication agent consumption.However,when the denitrification agent consumption exceeds 20 kg/h,the extent of increase in denitrification efficiency decreases.This study can provide theoretical and technical support for the polymer non-catalytic reduction(PNCR) flue gas denitrification technology.
