摘要
对催化裂化(FCC)烟气脱硝剂PRLN-60的理化性质进行了表征,采用固定床和提升管对其脱硝性能进行了评价,并考察了PRLN-60脱硝性能的影响因素。结果表明:脱硝剂PRLN-60的Na2O含量、表观松密度、磨损指数等性质与FCC主催化剂(LDO-70)相当;在固定床评价中,当反应温度为500~700℃时,脱硝剂PRLN-60的NOx脱除率高达100%,与参比剂相当;在提升管评价中,添加脱硝剂PRLN-60(质量分数为1.5%)后,NOx脱除率达到97%,且对产品分布影响较小;较低空速和氧含量均有利于NOx的脱除。
The physicochemical properties of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) catalyst flue gas denitration agent PRLN-60 were characterized,the denitration performance of PRLN-60 was evaluated by the fixed bed and riser,and the factors affecting denitration performance of PRLN-60 were investigated.The results showed that the Na2O content, apparent bulk density and wear index of PRLN-60 were similar to those of FCC main catalyst (LDO-70).In the evaluation of fixed bed, when the reaction temperature was 500-700 ℃, NO x removal raTEof PRLN-60 was as high as100%, which were similar to those of reference catalysts.In the riser evaluation, after adding PRLN-60 (mass fraction1.5%), the removal raTEof NO x reached 97% and had little impact on product distribution;lower airspeed and oxygen content were beneficial to the removal of NO x .
