摘要
船闸的通过能力包含质与量两个方面的因素,需要进行深入分析,以便在确定船闸通过能力时更为合理。结合苏北运河船闸近年的运行情况,参考道路服务水平的研究方法,引入船闸服务水平概念,并根据保证率来划分船闸服务水平等级以及利用日到船不均衡系数来推算船闸服务水平系数。实际上,对于高质量服务水平的船闸来说,其实际货运量只有其理想通过能力的30%左右。
Lock capacity deals with the service quality and quantity. Based on the data of Shiqiao lock on the Grand Canal in the northern part of Jiangsu Province, the level of service (LOS) at a waterway lock is introduced for the first time by making reference to the method used in highway capacity, and a method for the calculation of LOS is developed. In fact, the capacity of a waterway lock with high LOS is only about 30 percent of the ideal annual lock capacity.
