摘要
目的:比较弧菌在科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基与常规弧菌培养基上的生长情况及菌落特征。方法:用科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基与常规弧菌培养基分离弧菌。结果:弧菌在科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基上与硫代硫酸盐鄄柠檬酸盐鄄胆盐鄄蔗糖琼脂培养基(TCBS)及双洗平板上所获的菌落数显示有较好的相似性,差异无显著性(P>0.05,χ2检验),但科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基的灵敏度(95.6%)和特异度(94.3%)较高。结论:科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基用于临床对弧菌的分离培养既迅速,又简便,值得推广。
Objective To compare the growth an d characters of vibrio colony cultured in CHROMagar vibrio colored medium and in r outine vibrio medium.Methods CHROMager vibrio colored medium and routine vibrio medium were used to isolate vibrio.Results There was a nearly same result of iso lated vibrio number between on CHROMager vibrio colored medium and TCBS plus dou ble washing plate(P>0.05).The colony showed characteristic purple;the sensitivit y(95.6%)and specificity(94.3%)on colored medium were higher.Conclusion The effec t of CHROMagar vibrio colored medium on isolated vibrio is fast and the operatio n is simple,which is worthy of being popularized.
