摘要
目的:通过对两种培养基的比对,验证两种培养基的检出率。方法:对133份水产品经碱性蛋白胨水进行增菌后直接接种于科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基和环凯弧菌显色培养基,挑选可疑菌进行微生物鉴定。结果:弧菌在科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基和环凯弧菌显色培养基的检出率和假阴性率无差异。结论:两者是同等质量的显色培养基,可以同时广泛应用于弧菌检测。
Objective: By comparison of the two media to verify the detection rate of two medium. Methods: Enrichment of the 133 copies of aquatic products in APW (Alkaline peptone water) t then transfer a 3-mm loopful from the surface pellicle of APW culture to the surface of Kemajia and Huankai vihrio Chromogenic Medium. Select the suspicious bacteria for microbial identification. Results: The detection rate and false-negative rate of the Vibrios is no difference in the two kinds of vibrio Chromogenie Medium. Conclusion: The two kinds of vibrio Chromogenic Medium are the same quality, can be widely used in the detection of Vibrio field.
