摘要
重庆市天然气公司引进的3300m^3球罐运行一年后,开罐检验发现大量裂纹,尤其是埋藏裂纹的数量和尺寸比建造中的情况更为严重。本文介绍了检验情况,分析了原因以及球罐目前的安全状况。
During an inspection on two Poland-made 3300m^3 spherical tanks which had been put into operation for one year in Chongqing Natural Gas Corp., a number of cracks are discovered.However, the amount and size of the sub-surface cracks are much more and bigger than that in tank manufacturing. This paper discribes the inspection in service, analyzes the causes for cracking, also analyzes the safety of the spherical tank in service.
