摘要
以X80长输管线为研究对象,基于"合于使用"的原则,针对在管线实际生产过程中检测到的埋藏裂纹缺陷进行安全评定。评定过程中采用BS 7910—2005标准中的二级评定方法,对管道焊缝中存在的不同位置、间距和数量条件下的埋藏裂纹缺陷进行安全评定。评定结果表明,6处埋藏裂纹缺陷均在标准允许范围内,满足"合于使用"标准,管线可以正常运行。
In this article, it used X80 hmg-distanee transportation pipeline as the studying object, earried out a safety assessment for embedded cracks detected in the pipeline at the actual production process based on the principle of conformity for use. It assessed embedde.d craeks in different position, spacing and quantity conditions in pipeline weld with level 2 assessment method of BS 7910-2005. After level 2 safety assessment for pipeline with 6 embedded cracks, the result showed that the cracks arc within the allowable range, which meet with the standard of conformity for use, the pipeline run normally.
