摘要
为了准确评价含局部减薄缺陷管道的剩余强度,研究了API579-2007标准含局部减薄缺陷管道剩余强度的评价方法,针对长输管线,对评价流程进行了优化。以X80长输管线为研究对象,基于API579标准,完成了对含局部减薄缺陷管线的安全评定,得到的给定局部减薄缺陷下管道最大运行压力真实反映了含局部减薄缺陷管道的承载能力,二级评价的结果比一级评价更为精确,证明了API579标准评价含局部减薄缺陷管道的剩余强度的合理性。开发出含局部减薄缺陷的长输管线安全评定软件,该软件大大减少了安全评定过程中计算的工作量,提高了长输管线的安全评定工作效率,降低了评定的难度。
In order to accurately assess the remaining strength of the pipe with local thin defect, the method of assessing the remaining strength of the pipe with local thin defect in API579-2007 was researched, and the assessment process for long-distance pipelines was optimized. Based on API579-2007, the assessment of the X80 long-distance pipeline with local thin defect was completed. The maximum operating pressure under given local thin defect reflects the true carrying capacity of the pipe. The results of Level 2 Assessment are more accurate than the results of Level 1 Assessment. It turns out that the method of assessing the remaining strength of the pipe with local thin defect in API579 is reasonable. The safety assessment software for the long-distance pipeline with local thin defect has been developed to improve the efficiency of the assessment and reduce the calculation amount and difficulty.
