摘要 阐明了交流变频泵控马达调速系统的节能原理,提出了功率节省率的概念.对变频泵控马达调速系统和进口节流阀控马达调速系统进行了能耗对比实验,结果证明:变频泵控马达调速系统有比较显著的节能效果,特别是低速或轻载时,节能效果更为明显;设定低频补偿功能会较大幅度地降低变频泵控马达调速系统低速段的效率. Energy-saving principle about pump-control-motor speed governing system with inverter is elucidated. Power saving rate is proposed. The energy consumption contrast experiments of pump-control-motor speed governing system with inverter and valve-control-motor speed governing system with inlet throttle are made. The experiment results prove that pump-control-motor speed governing system with inverter has remarkable energy-saving effectiveness, the lower the motor's speed or load is, the more the effectiveness is. The low speed efficiency of pump-control-motor speed governing system with inverter is obviously reduced when setting low frequency compensation.
