基于稀土永磁电动机的液压动力系统能耗试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了永磁变频电动机的特点及其在液压系统中相对于异步变频电动机的优势,利用函数互相关原理计算电动机功率因数,得出精电动机输入功率的精确计算方法。并在此基础上对稀土永磁电动机变频调速液压系统和异步电动机变频调速液压系统进行了特性及能耗对比试验,结果证明,稀土永磁电动机变频调速液压动力系统有比较明显的节能效果,特别是在低速轻载时,节能效果更明显。 The paper describes the permanent magnet inverter-driving motor about its characteristics and its advantages in the hydraulic system contrasted with the asynchronous inverter-driving motor,and uses the principle of cross-correlation function to calculate the motor power factors.On this basis,it carried out the contrast experiments on VVVF hydraulic system equipped with rare-earth permanent magnet motor and the one equipped with asynchronous motor in characteristics and energy consumption.The results show that the VVVF hydraulic system equipped with rare-earth permanent magnet motor has more obvious energy saving effect;especially in the low speed and light loadings conditions,it has more obvious energy saving effect.
