摘要
目的:建立HPLC-ELSD法测定黄芪中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法蒸发光散射检测器测定,Phenomenex公司LunaC18色谱柱(5μm,150mm×4.6mm),流动相为甲醇鄄水(75∶25);流速:1.0ml/min;ELSD参数:漂移管温度40℃;氮气压力:2.0Bar。结果:平均回收率为98.23%,RSD=1.87%。结论:该方法对黄芪甲苷的测定良好。
Objective: To develop a method to determine the content of astragalos ide IV in Radix Astragali by HPLC-ELSD. Methods: HPLC-ELSD was used to determine astragaloside IV in Radix Astragali. The separation was performed on C18 column a with a mixture of methanol-water (75:25) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min. The temperature of drift tube for measurement was 40 C and the flow ra te of N2 was 2.0 Bar as well. Results: The average recovery is 98.73%, and RSD w as 1.87%. Conclusion: The method is precise in determining astragaloside IV in R adix Astragali.
