摘要
目的建立HPLC-ELSD法测定补中益气丸(浓缩丸)中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法蒸发光散射检测器测定,A lltech C18色谱柱5um(4.6×250mm),流动相为乙腈-水(37∶63);流速:1.0mL/m in;ELSD参数:漂移管温度108℃,氮气流速:2.5mL/m in。结果平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=0.7%。结论该方法对黄芪甲苷的测定良好。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method to determine the content of astragaloside IV in Buzhong Yiqi Wan(concentrated pills)by HPLC-ELSD.METHODS HPLC-ELSD was used to determine astragaloside IV in Buzhong Yiqi Wan(concentrated pills).The separation was performed on C_(18) columna with a mixture of acetonitrile-water(37∶63) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The temperature of drift tube for measurement was 108℃ and the rate of N_(2) was 2.5mL/min as well. RESULTS The average recovery was 99.3%,and RSD was 0.7%.CONCLUSION The method is precise in determining astragaloside IV in Buzhong Yiqi Wan(concentrated pills).
