摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸洛美沙星滴眼液中的洛美沙星含量 ;用C18 柱为分离柱 ,0.02mol/L磷酸溶液 (用三乙胺调节pH值至2.6) -乙腈(体积比85∶15)为流动相 ,检测波长287nm;洛美沙星进样量在0.48～0.72μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998) ,平均回收率100.4% ,重复进样的RSD0.33 %(n=6)。
An HPLC method was used for the assay of lomefloxacin content in lomefloxacin hydrochloride eye drops.The chromatographic separation was performed in C 18 column with eluent consisting of0.02mol/L phosphoric acid solution(adjusting pH to2.6with triethylamine)-acetonitril(85∶15by volume)and the eluate was monitored at wavelength of287nm.The calibration curve was linear in the range of0.48～0.72μg of lomefloxacin with r=0.9998.The average recovery of spiked samples for lomeˉfloxacin was100.4%while the relative standard deviation for repetitions was0.33%(n=6).
