摘要
采用比浊法确定枸杞和山药浸提物对青春双歧杆菌生长具有显著的促进作用.通过正交实验选择了该菌的两种增值培养基,其中50%枸杞浸提物的添加量为2%,25%山药浸提物的添加量为3%.对处于最佳培养基条件下,对该菌生长曲线进行了测定,稳定期时采用Hungate厌氧滚管技术计数,最高活菌数达到2.21×108cfu/mL.
Spectrophotometric method was used to determine the growth promoting effect of Lycium barbarum and Chinese yam^(')s extracts on Bifidobacterium adolescentis. Two optimum reproducible culture medium was optimized by quadratic design. The adding concentration of 50% Lycium barbarum's extract was 2%, and 25% Chinese yam 3% . Under optimum culture condition , growth curve for strain was measured. By Hungate anaerobic cultivition and a concrete roll tube method detecting CFU in stationary phase, CFU got to 2.21 10^(8)cfu/mL.
