摘要 目的探讨枸杞与熏硫枸杞的鉴别方法。方法将枸杞与熏硫枸杞进行光谱学检测。结果正品枸杞紫外光谱各个等级吸光度均大于熏硫枸杞;熏硫枸杞的红外光谱在3 337 cm-1、1 041 cm-1处有较强的峰,正品枸杞无此强峰。结论所选用方法对枸杞的鉴别有参考价值,在中药质量控制方面的应用为枸杞鉴定开辟了新思路。 Objective To identify authentic Chinese wolfberry and smoked sulfur wolfberry on the markets.Methods Authentic Chinese wolfberry and smoked sulfur wolfberry was tested by optical spectroscopy.Results All the levels of UV spectrums on'A'Authentic Chinese wolfberry are bigger than those in smoked sulfur wolfberry.A strong peak could be found in 3337 in smoked sulfur wolfberry which couldn′t be found in authentic Chinese wolfberry.Conclusion The methods used in identification of wolfberry have referential value and their use in Chinese medicine quality control might open a new thoughts for the identification of Chinese wolfberry.
