中文版计算机辅助认知功能障碍评定系统的编制 被引量:6

摘要 目的:编制适宜于临床应用的、成套的中文版计算机辅助认知功能障碍评定系统软件。方法:在临床研究的基础上,以从国内外常用的认知功能评定方法中选择一套适宜于中国人应用的认知功能评定测试组合为依据,运用计算机技术(分别采用VB、C、C++语言等编程),在Windows下运行,编制出一套包括成套筛选和单项评定及治疗的软件。结果:该软件系统包含以下版块:①标准化测试版块:中文版神经行为认知状态评定,中文版Rivermead行为记忆评定,中文版行为注意不能测试;②非标准化评定和治疗版块:记忆训练系统(5个版块)、注意力训练软件、构(拼)图训练软件等。系统基本实现以下功能:屏幕显示声音、图示(中文)指导;人机互动、即时反馈;资料数据管理;自动统析结果,打印报告;随机安装。结论:本中文版计算机辅助认知功能评定系统功能较为完善、操作简单,可提高临床认知功能评定的时效性,实现评定的标准化及个性化原则。 Objective:To develop a Chinese version clinical computerized cognitive-assessing and training system. Method:Based on the combination of neuropsychological scales, a new computerized cognitive-assessing and training system was developed using multi-computer techniques and could run on Windows operation system.Result:The system was composed of assessment part and training part. Three scales chosen from various tests and the Chinese version of them have been proved to be valid and reliable in previous study were computerized and constitute the standard assessment parts. Those are Neurobehavioral Cognitive Status Exam, Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test and Behavior Inattention Test. The training part of the system, also could be used as an un-standardized assessing tool. It focused on retraining memory, attention, verbal and aural function, problem solving, eye-hand coordination and construction. The design of the whole software achieved multiple function such as friendly human-machine interface and real-time reflecting.Conclusion:This computerized cognitive-assessing and training system has been turned out to be useful in improving the efficiency of clinical work, facilitating the individualized training and standardized assessment.Author′s address Dept. of Rehabilitation Medicine, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, 430030
