摘要
目的:探讨语言障碍诊治仪ZM2.1(ZM2.1)的信度。方法:2名评测员用语言障碍诊治仪ZM2.1诊断筛选系统评估20例脑卒中患者,分析组内相关系数(ICC),了解其复测信度。结果:ZM2.1诊断筛选系统有较好的信度,其总评分ICC>0.90。结论:语言障碍诊治仪ZM2.1诊断筛选系统有较好的复测信度,可适用于临床应用。
AIM:To investigate the reliability of apparatus ZM2.1 for diagnosis and treatm ent of language disorder. METHODS:Twenty stroke patients were evaulated with ZM2.1 in different days by 2 investigators. Raw data from ZM2.1 test were analyzed in terms of reliability and interclass correlation coefficients (ICC). RESULTS:ZM2.1 had a good reliability,with ICC >0.90. CONCLUSION:ZM2.1 has a good reliability and can be applied in clinic.
