摘要
目的 提高门诊护理管理工作质量。方法 针对综合性医院门诊点多、面广的护理管理特点 ,创造适宜各类病人的人文环境。结果 为病人造就了一个方便、快速的就诊环境。结论 随着医疗保健制度和医疗卫生体制的改革 ,对门诊护理工作提出了新的要求 ,管理者要转变观念 ,强化人性化服务意识 ,提高门诊护士素质 。
Objective To improve the quality of nursing.Methods To create the humanities environment of various patients, according to the point that synthetical hospital’s nursing management is wide.Result Bring patients a convenience, fast medical treatment environment.Conclusion The reformation of the medical treatment puts forward the new request to the nursing work of out-patient department. The governor must change the idea, emphasize humanized service consciousness, exalt out-patient nursing quality, bring high-quality and efficiency service to the patients.
