摘要
为在新形势下保持竞争优势 ,提高医院门诊数质量 ,回顾统计 1 998~ 1 999年门诊量 ,全院年平均增长率为 1 0 7%。通过病人就诊因素问卷调查分析认为 :①医院外部环境的改善 ,促进了医疗市场需求扩大 ;②医院内部设施的完善 ,提高了病人就诊时的舒适感和信任度 ;③医疗服务的改善 ,增加了病人就诊的满意度 ;④重点专科的发展 ,提高了医院的知名度 ;⑤良好的医患 。
To keep a competitive advantage under the new circumstances and improve the volume and quality of outpatient services, we conducted a retrospective statistics of the outpatient volume in 1998 and 1999. The average annual growth rate of the whole hospital was 10.7%. An investigation through questionnaires into the factors pertaining to patients seeking of medical help led us to believe that ① improvement of the hospitals external environment spurred the expansion of the medical market; ②perfection of the hospitals internal facilities increased the comfort and trust of patients when they seek medical help; ③improvement of medical services enhanced the satisfaction of patients toward the services they get; ④development of key specialties raised the notability of the hospital; and ⑤good relations between medical workers and patients turned into a key factor in attracting outpatients.
