摘要
目的分析探讨人性化护理模式在耳鼻喉科临床护理工作中的应用。方法选取2013年1月~2014年1月期间本院收治的50例患者,将他们分为观察组和对照组,分别为30例和20例。针对观察组患者提供人性化护理模式,例如提供安全、舒适的治疗环境,在治疗设施方面体现人性化的特点;针对对照组患者采用常规的护理模式。在治疗一段时间以后,对比两组患者的临床疼痛情况以及患者的满意程度。结果观察组患者疼痛的症状比对照组明显减轻,患者满意度与对照组相比也明显提高,两组的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理模式在耳鼻喉科的临床护理工作中效果显著,患者满意度提高。这种模式可以在耳鼻喉科的临床中广泛应用。
Objective To analyze and discuss humane care model in clinical care in otolaryngology department. Methods 50 cases from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the two groups respectively had 30 cases and 20 cases. The patients in the observation group were provided humane care model, such as to provide a safe, comfortable treatment environment, embody the characteristics of humanity in the treatment facility. The patients in the control group were given conventional care model. After a period, compared clinical pain conditions and patient satisfaction of the two groups. Results Pain conditions of the observation group was significantly lighter than the control group, there had statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Humane care model in clinical care in otolaryngology department have a significant effect, patient satisfaction is raising.This model can be widely used in clinical otolaryngology.
