摘要 随着中国改革开放的进一步深入,对外交流日趋频繁,高水平专业译员成为紧缺人才。如何加强口译教学,培养更多拔尖口译人才是摆在口译教师面前的一项紧迫课题。口译教学不同于笔译教学,有其自身的特点、规律和标准。口译课堂上教师除了传授必要的理论与技巧之外,宜采用交际法教学,通过补充直观材料、丰富授课方法等手段加强学生之间的互动,从而提高其实战能力。此外,教师还应加强课外指导,组织第二课堂活动。 With the development of Chinas reform and opening and everincreasing exchanges with foreign countries, there has been a growing shortage of top professional interpreters. It is thus an urgent task for teachers of oral interpretation to improve the efficiency of their teaching and produce more qualified interpreters. Oral interpretation differs from written interpretation in that the former has its own characteristics, principles and criteria. In addition to teaching the necessary theory and skills, it is advisable for the teacher to adopt the communicative approach in an effort to improve the students' practical ability by supplementing audio and video materials, enriching the teaching method and strengthening interactions among the students. Furthermore, the teacher should also provide afterclass instructions for the students and organize outofclass activities. 
