摘要
英语已发展成为一门世界性语言 ,它的广泛使用形成了英国本土以外的变体 ,这些英语变体在保留规范英语的前提下 ,均带有各自民族的文化特征。作为国际使用类的中国英语是人们近 2 0年来一直谈论的话题 ,探讨中国英语作为英语变体的可接受性问题对我国的英语教学和国际经济文化交流都具有现实意义。
English has developed into a world-wide language. Its wide application has led English to various varieties which have their various national characteristics along with the normative English. As an international variety, Chinese English has been a heated topic for nearly twenty years. Its intelligibility argued about will promote English teaching in China and play an important role in economic and cultural communication in the world.
