摘要
用云南主要的两种烘烤设备及其配套烘烤工艺,烘烤红大和K326品种的上、中、下3个部位同质烟叶,测定烤前、烤中、烤后的烟叶淀粉含量,并对初烤烟叶进行评吸鉴定。结果表明,云烟2000型烤房及其配套烘烤工艺比普通立式炉烤房及其配套烘烤工艺极显著地降低了烟叶的淀粉含量,从整体上一定程度改善了烟叶的评吸质量。
Two Common used flue-curing barns in Yunnan and the according curing procedures were taken to flue-curing the leaves of different position (lower,middle,and top) for Hongda and K326. The leaf′s starch was determined before,during and after the curing, smoking quality evaluation was done as well.The results showed that Yunnan 2000 type flue-curing barn and the according procedure is better than the ordinary flue-curing barn and its according procedure in terms of decreasing the leaves′ starch content and improving the smoking quality.
