烤烟中淀粉的影响因素及其调控研究进展 被引量:22

摘要 淀粉是影响烤后烟叶品质的重要物质之一。笔者从淀粉与烟叶品质的关系以及影响烟叶中淀粉含量的因素等方面,综述了烤烟淀粉的研究进展,提出了相应的淀粉调控措施,并展望了可能在近期会出现的相关研究热点。 Starch is an important substance which affects the quality of tobacco leaves. The effect of starch on tobacco quality and the magor influence factors of the starch content in flue-cured tobacco leaves were reviewed in the paper. The relative controlling measures of tobacco starch were presented and the possible future studies on tobacco starch were also suggested.
