摘要
采用菲莫烘烤工艺、三段烘烤工艺和经验烘烤工艺,对同质鲜烟叶进行烘烤。结果表明:菲莫工艺比三段工艺优,比经验工艺更好。可缩短烘烤时间18~32h,每kg干烟叶节约烤煤0 11~0 25kg;中上等烟比例增加5 0%~26 3%,桔黄色烟叶多11 2%~30 2%,干鲜比值大,杂色烟减少,色度和闻香佳;上部烟叶均价增加,效果好于中部烟叶,更好于下部烟叶。
Cured were carried out for the same quality tobacco leaf with PhillipMoris, three stage, and experienced cured techniques. The results indicated: PhillipMoriss cured technique is best technique than three stage and experienced technique. It can shorten cured time 18~32?h, save coal 011~025?kg in tobacco leaf/kg, improve middling and highquality tobacco proportion 50~263%, and increase top tobacco leaf average value.
