摘要
利用三种烘烤方法,研究了不同生态条件下优质上部烟叶的烘烤特性。结果表明,采用低温变黄缓慢定色为技术核心的三段烘烤工艺,能够明显提高上部叶的商品等级和均价,改善烟叶外观和内在质量,降低煤耗。在此基础上,研究确立了上部烟叶变黄速度和失水速度相适应的技术指标,强调提高烟叶变黄程度和适当增加湿球温度是烤好上部烟的关键。
The characteristics of flue curing at upper tobacco leaves under different ecological conditions were studied with 3 kinds of flue curing technology in 1993~1995.The commercial grades and mean price at upper leaves were siginificant increased,the apperence and inherent quality of tobacco leaves was improved,and the coal consumption of curing leaves was decreased by 3-step curing technology in which the yellowing temperature was low and the rate of raising temperature for leaf drying was slow.On the basis above,the coordinated technology indexes of the rate of yellowing and that of loss water at upper leaves were determinated and it was emphasized that improving yellowing degree and proper increasing wet bulb temperature was the key of the flue curing at upper leaves.
